Return/Exchange Process

Would you like to return a device, have it repaired or exchanged? Here is the process to follow:

  1. You can contact the seller in your refurbed customer account by selecting your order and clicking on "open a new request". Please indicate the reason for the return so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. The refurbed™ customer service also has an overview of the entire communication between you and the reseller and is at your disposal if you need assistance.

  2. You will receive a free return slip from the dealer by email. With this return slip, you can return the device to the dealer free of charge. You must return the device to the dealer within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the return slip.

    1. Before returning the device, save your data on another device, reset the device to factory settings. For Apple products, remove the cloud connection.

    2. Print the return slip.

    3. Pack the item properly. If you no longer have the original packaging, use sturdy and professional packaging for transport (e.g. a cardboard box with enough padding , a bubble envelope is not not sturdy packaging).

    4. Take the package with the return slip to a collection point of the transport service provider. The name of the transport service provider is indicated on the return slip.

    5. Give the package to the collection point and your package will be returned to the retailer free of charge.

    6. Take note of your package tracking number to track your delivery.

    Important : you can return the device free of charge only with the reseller's return slip.

  3. The device has arrived at the dealer.

    1. In the event of a return, the dealer's technician will check the device. As soon as the dealer accepts the return and the device, he will order a refund of the purchase price. Refunds must be made no later than fourteen days after notification of the cancellation of the contract.

    2. In the case of an exchange or repair, the reseller will check the device you returned. The reseller must then examine whether a repair is possible, or whether a device is available for exchange. If a repair is not possible or if no device is available, you will be refunded the purchase price. When a repair is possible, it can take between 2 and 7 working days depending on the complexity of the repairs to be carried out.

    Important : The reseller may refund the purchase price or send you a replacement device when the old or defective device is delivered to them. It is necessary for the device to arrive so that the reseller can verify that it is the device they sold.

  4. Once the dealer has finished examining or repairing the device, they will return it to you.
